Bill Yuan

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Yuan is currently the chairman of a joint venture partnership between Fortress Holdings Group and CITIC Securities in China. He began his finance career at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in Mergers & Acquisitions, after attending Comell University and Harvard University's JFK School of Economics and Government as a Mason Fellow. He then served as senior-vice president and co-manager at Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management Corporation with dual functions as co-head of the Capital Markets Derivate team, and Chairman of the Technology Investment Management and Executive Policy Committee. Mr. Yuan then became the founder and managing director of the Corporate Institutional Services Group at Merrill Lynch Asset Management. He then was promoted to President of Merrill Lynch Asset Management Asia and Chairman of Merrill Lynch Global Asset Allocation Committee, which in total had nearly half a trillion under management (AUM). Simultaneously, Mr. Yuan was the Chief investment officer/ Portfolio Manager of the $1.2 Billion AmerAsia Hedge Fund domiciled in Asia with Special emphasis on technology, media/entertainment, and telecom (TMT). Based on both consistent performance measures and track record, Mr. Yuan completed his tenure at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific (MLAP) as lead managing director and President of MLAP at large. After retiring from Wall Street, and while at Matrix Intitiatives, as chairman of the board, Mr. Yuan identified and funded, and later sold Zicam. Yuan's Amerasia TMT Fund held significant ownership of Immunex and participated in recruiting Ed Fritsky as CEO, and later sold to Amgen corporation for $16 Billion. Mr. Yuan was Senior Advisor to CIC, China Investment Corporation's Infrastructure and Development Division from 2012-2022.

Thomas Schryver

Director

Thomas Schryver is a seasoned enterprise software executive and digital transformation expert located in the Cincinnati Area. He specializes in assisting technology service providers navigate the changing landscape of customer value definition, supplier delivery methods, and payment structures. With a focus on design and pricing, he has collaborated with major clients such as Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce, and ServiceNow across various industries including software, telecommunications, transportation, media, biotech, and healthcare. Schryver's expertise lies in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), value pricing, and value-based selling. His recent projects involve monetizing AI initiatives, developing capabilities for consumption pricing, implementing performance/outcome-based pricing at scale, and conducting biotech M&A diligence. Previously, Schryver held leadership positions at DMI and Siebel/Oracle, where he built practices in IoT, Big Data, Predictive Analytics, and CPQ, and led intervention projects for at-risk Siebel projects for major clients in telecommunications, high-tech, automotive, insurance, and CPG sectors. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Cornell University and began his career as a software engineer, developing commercial software products for auto ID systems. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in engineering, architecture, and product management, focusing on time and attendance, warehousing, manufacturing execution systems, and configurator markets before joining Siebel in 1998.

Ruben Jose King-Shaw, Jr.

Director

Rubén José King-Shaw Ir joined Steward Health Care System in June of 2018 as Chief Strategy Ofiicer. He was named President of Steward Health Care Network (SHCN) in October of that year. SHCN manages risk-bearing Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) in 11 states, operated Medicaid and D-SNP MCOs in Arizona and Utah and has a population health MSO in Needham (Boston) MA. The company deploys tech-enabled services that support high-quality clinical outcomes and optimize total medical expense. In 2019, Rubén led a team of operators, clinicians, attomeys, technologists and finance executives through a 12 -month process to turn around Steward's Arizona health plan (Steward Health Choice Arizona) culminating in its sale to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona at a record high valuation. Currently, Rubén leads Steward's growth and innovation strategies, including managed care and direct-to-employer contracting as well as selective, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. He is also Chairman of Steward's offshore captive insurance company, TRACO International, which is domiciled in the Republic of Panama where Rubén is a native citizen. Prior to joining the executive management team Rubén served as a member of Steward Health Care System's board of directors since its inception in 2010. He was reappointed to the board in 2022. Rubén is the former Lead Director at Athenahealth (NASDAQ: ATHN) during its IPO in 2007, and served on the board of directors at Cotiviti Holdings (NYSE: COTV). In 2018, Athenahealth was first sold to Veritas Capital and Evergreen Coast Capital for 5.7 Billion. On September 26, 2021, Hellman & Friedman and Bain Capital acquired it for 17 Billion. Rubén served as Deputy Administrator and Chief Operating Officer of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) from 2001 to 2003 during the administration of President George W. Bush. He was also a senior advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. In 2011, Rubén was appointed to the Obama Administration's Program Advisory and Oversight Committee to monitor and provide guidance to Medicare's value-based purchasing program and Obama Care. Under Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Rubén was the Secretary of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. (Secretary of Health for the State of Florida). Ruben is a Trustee Emeritus of Corne University and a member of the Board of Fellows for Weil Cornell Medicine. Ruben is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Ruben was awarded his B.S. from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations with a specialty in Labor Economics in 1983. Subsequently, he earned his Master of International Business at Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida international University in Miami, Florida and Madrid, Spain. He holds also a Master in Health Services Administration also from Florida International University and he completed the post graduate program in corporate governance at the Harvard Business School.

Fred was one of the youngest franchisee owners with SubWay Sandwich shop from 1977 to 2003. While operating the SubWay business, Fred simultaneously Licensed Registered Representative Securities Broker in 1989 through to 1999 for MultiVest Options. More recently, Fred became a Co-Founder of the Technology Staffing/Medical Staffing of Berean Group International (renamed CrossWay Group Inc.) from 1997 to present.
